Web Dev php mysql import data from MS Access

Need a complete redo of an old 90's .asp internal job system into something modern with cross browser support. The current system is still working now but built for Internet Explorer. Internal system will be hosted on-prem. There is a public facing website that is also hosted on-prem. On the website there is a form that customers can fill out which gets pushed to the internal job system. The data will need to be pulled from old MS Access tables and dumped into mysql.
