Web Data Portal Development

I am working on behalf of the client to select and commission a web design/development business to build a simple webspace that provides easy, subscription access to data that the client wants to offer for sale. The client is a company that offers comprehensive and reliable data on the global gambling industry, broken down by territory, channel, sport, etc. The data portal will allow the end clients to interact with the data, manipulate and export filtered raw data and create and export charts.
