Web Dashboard using API

The goal is to create a web dashboard where queries may be created to fetch a specific list of data from our management software using API. Within the dashboard, instructions will be sent back to the management software with instructions to send text messages, email messages, create follow up tasks, and create reports.
Familiarity with Rent Manager software is a big PLUS. Restful API knowledge is a MUST.
