Web-Based Zifty Automation Bot

I'm looking for a developer to create a web-based bot for automating order acceptance on a delivery service app. The bot should evaluate orders based on specific criteria and automatically accept them.

I need it to do the following:
* Be non-detectable
* Have filters like:
- set lowest tip amount
- lowest zifty payout
- multi account
- distance
- distance from my location (or select cities I want to accept offers in)
