Web Based Voters and Election Management (WBVEM) Software

WBVEM is an application to manage voters and election for state and national election in Malaysia. The base database (22 million voters) is in MDB format, then migrated into an open source application using Laravel Framework and PHP programming. My mission is to transform the WBVEM from PHP programming, into using DotNet programming, then to run on sharepoint cloud for easy realtime dashboarding
