Web-Based Verification Code Software

I need a web-based software that generates and sends out verification codes via email.

Key Requirements:
- The software should generate a unique verification code for each user.
- These codes should be sent out via email to the user.
- The code generated should be a one-time use.
- Upon receiving the code, the user will then input it into our support chat for verification.
