Web-Based Retangle Price Indicator Development

I am seeking an efficient developer to construct a simple, web-based indicator. This tool should generate rectangles with lines going through the middle at full in real-time (example. a trend line at a price (1.10) with a long rectangle which fits the chart length ways which is 10 pips either side, so 1.10100 & 1.09900, negating the need for personal, tedious drawing and clearing on my end.
