Web-Based Office Cash Management System

I need a web-based Cash Collection Management System (CMS) for internal office use.

This system is for managing daily cash billing, collection, locker handling, bank deposits, approvals, and reports — similar to how finance / CMS companies operate.

- PHP (Laravel preferred) OR Node.js

USER ROLES:
1. Owner (full access)
2. Manager
3. Billing staff
4. Collector
5. Locker keeper
6. Accounts (read-only)

CORE WORKFLOW:
1. Billing staff creates a bill (amount, date, client, assigned collector).
2. Collector receives cash (full or partial) and updates received amount.
3. Collector may hand over money to locker keeper.
4. Locker keeper confirms received cash.
5. Cash can be deposited to bank and recorded.
6. System tracks:
- total billed
- collected amount
- locker balance
- deposited amount
- pending balance
7. Daily closing process with approval.
8. Once day is closed, data should not be editable.
9. Owner can see full summary and mismatch alerts.
