I'm looking to have a Learning Management System developed, with a primary focus on Course Enrollment.

Key Features:
- Web-Based: The system should be developed solely for web usage.
- Course Creation: I want to be able to create and manage courses.
- User Types: The system should cater to Trainers and Trainees.
- Course Enrollment: The MVP's critical feature is the Course Enrollment process. This should include:
- An Approval Step: Trainees should be required to receive approval from either a Trainer or an Administrator before they can enroll in a course.
- Communication: The system should utilize Email SMTP for notification purposes, particularly to inform Trainees about their enrollment status.

Ideal Skills:
- Experience in developing Learning Management Systems.
