Web-Based Excel Accounting Tool Development

I'm looking for a developer to transform an Excel spreadsheet I currently use into a web-based application. This tool follows the Single Line Method of Accounting and will eventually be offered as a subscription-based service to MSE. The initial version will require additional features and modifications.

Key Features:
- Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales tracking (Cash, Credit, Refunds)
- VAT tracking on sales
- Period comparison capability
- Debtors collection tracking (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)
- Simple Financial Statement generation
- User role management

User Types:
- Business owner
- Accountant
- Sales staff

Design Requirements:
- Standard template (no custom logo or brand colors needed)

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in web development and Excel
- Experience with accounting software
- Skills in UX/UI design for web applications
- Understanding of subscription-based application development
