Web-Based Crypto & Local Currency Trading Platform (Laravel + Next.js)

I'm looking for an experienced developer to build a web-based trading platform using Laravel and Next.js.
Project Summary
We are building the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) of a secure, scalable web application that facilitates peer-to-peer trading of cryptocurrencies and local fiat currencies.
The platform acts as a trusted intermediary between sellers and buyers. Sellers deposit crypto as collateral, post offers, and negotiate directly with buyers through a secure, chat-based system. Features include trade management, user reviews, a dispute resolution system, and an admin dashboard for content moderation and platform management.
Tech Stack
We’ve chosen widely adopted and well-supported technologies to ensure scalability and future developer availability:
Backend: Laravel 10+ (used as RESTful API only)
Frontend: Next.js (React + TypeScript)
Database: MySQL
Real-time Messaging: WebSocket / Laravel Echo / Pusher
Caching: Redis (optional but preferred)
DevOps: Dockerized setup preferred for consistency
Optional APIs: Binance/Coinbase API for real-time crypto prices

Ad Posting (For Sellers)
Post offers based on available crypto balance
Choose offered currency, desired currency, payment method, and amount
Offer Browsing (For Buyers)
Filter offers by currency type and amount
Select and initiate a trade directly without pre-deposit
Trading System
Real-time chat between buyer & seller
Buyer sends payment → Seller confirms receipt → Seller sends crypto
Buyer confirms receipt → Trade completes
Feedback & Disputes
Mutual feedback after trade
Dispute initiation in case of issues

Who We’re Looking For
We are only interested in developers or small teams with proven experience in building production-level apps with Laravel & Next.js.
You should:
Be fluent in Laravel API development (clean architecture, services, repositories)
Be confident with Next.js + TypeScript (preferably SSR/SSG mixed architecture)
Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
Use Git & GitHub with clear commit practices
Be comfortable working with Agile delivery in weekly sprints
Understand scalable, modular codebase design
Have strong communication skills (English or Arabic)
