I'm in urgent need of a web-based application that can help my staff keep track of cleaning and disinfection activities in a timely, accurate manner.
Key Features:
- **Daily, Weekly, Monthly Tracking:** The app should allow for easy recording and tracking of cleaning and disinfection activities scheduled for different time periods.
- **Temperature Checks:** The application should also enable the staff to document the results of temperature checks as part of the routine for shower/bath/tub
- **User Access Management:** The application should differentiate between admin and staff roles, allowing different levels of access for each.
The following information must be recorded:
Activity carried out: Provide one word or one sentence description of the specific cleaning and disinfection activities performed.
Shift Worked: Indicate the shift during which the activity was performed (e.g., Morning, Afternoon, Night).
Floor: Specify the floor where the activity took place; We have three floors and Basement
Hallway: Detail the specific hallway where the activity was conducted. We have South, West, North hallway in 2nd and 3rd floor. We have south and west hallway in 1st floor.
Staff Name: Record the full name of the staff member who performed the activity.
Date and Time: Document the exact date and time when the activity was carried out.
Temperature Check: Include a column to record the temperature reading taken during the activity.
Comments: Provide an additional column for any comments or observations relevant to the activity.
