Web-Based Chess Game Development

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a web-based chess game. This game should cater to both single players and multiplayer scenarios. The game should have the following features:
- Single-player mode against a well-programmed AI
- Multiplayer mode where players can compete against each other
In terms of matchmaking, the game should include a random matchmaking system to connect players. Please note that the game should not include an invite friends option, at least not in the first iteration.
Ideal candidates for this project would have a strong background in game development, particularly in creating web-based games. Prior experience with AI programming and matchmaking systems will be a significant advantage. Please include examples of similar projects you've completed in your proposal.
