I'm looking for an experienced software and WordPress developer or final year student in Software and Web development to create a comprehensive web-based career platform application.
Core Features:
- Job Listings: Employers can post jobs, and their own staff can browse and search listings.
- User Profiles: Staff can create and manage profiles showcasing their skills, experiences, and resumes and search through company vacancies and possible promotion opportunities throu upskilling.
- Application Tracking: A system to track job applications, with status updates and notifications.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in WordPress and web application development requied.
- Experience in building career or job-related platforms preferable.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
- Ability to implement robust tracking systems and databases.
- Detailed understanding of database and web security in site development.
- Preferable experience in DIVI for WordPress and plugin development.
- the application must be able to avaluate and analyse inputed cv and correlate with vacancies.
- self learning application.
