I'm in need of a web-based or desktop software that can help with appointment scheduling, user management, and basic expense/income tracking. The software should cater to different user roles: Admin, Manager, Employee, and User.

A complete Web Based system - which can store data securely and a system that can either be used offline on desktop or can even be hosted online via website/hosting. Preferably PHP/MySQL or open source based system

Key Features:
- Appointment scheduling: This should include a calendar view, email reminders, online booking, and program-based alerts.
- User Management: The system should effectively manage the different roles and their permissions.
- Basic Expense / Income Management: This will help in tracking the financial aspect of our operations.
