I'm in need of a web-based or desktop software that can help with appointment scheduling, user management, and basic expense/income tracking. The software should cater to different user roles: Admin, Manager, Employee, and User.
There would be two functions - one offline desktop based and once data synced some data would be synced to online database allowing only certain data to be added / updated by users online & then the same would again be synced back to the desktop system. (so a sync mechanism when the desktop is connected to the net to upload certain data to the website.
Further a data backup option which would allow data from desktop to be backed up on the cloud.

- Appointment scheduling: This should include a calendar view, email reminders, online booking, and program-based alerts.
- User Management: The system should effectively manage the different roles and their permissions.
