Web Application to link Inflow to ePOD

I have inflow Inventory and want the ability to create a software that allows me to upload the delivery notes for that day.
When the delivery driver gets to the location and offloads the goods, he uses the 'app' to open the PDF where the customer can sign the document.
Driver would press a complete button.
The 'app' would upload the PDF signed, back to Inflow Inventory automatically into the attachments, based on which Sales order number it is
