Web Application - Workflow Management, User Management, Service Tickets | Tech - PHP or ASP.NET

The Web Application is developed to remove the manual flow from the office. A typical example of a workflow would be Employee raising a request to install software on his machine. It should be approved by his Supervisor, Manager, Sr manager and then goes to IT. IT can then work on its request and update the workflow.

There will be 20-30 Workflows
Each Workflow Request Form have few common fields like
Employee Name, ID, Location etc
and some specific to workflow fields like Application Name, Username, Role etc

Each Workflow will have its own Approvers, We need option for Admin to define workflow and select Approvers.

There can be multiple approver as well. In case 1 approver is not present, another can approve the flow.

We Need Audit Logs and reports based on the Workflows

We need SSO and AD integration

We will need user management, Role and Permission,

We need Dashboard, where user can see his request and similar dashboard for Approvers as well.

Priority to those freelancers who has already worked on such kind of applications. We need to see a live demo of your project before assigning you the project. Payment will be Milestone based.

This web app need to run of all platform - Web and Mobile Browser both
