Web App Restaurant Inventory Ingredient Management
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We need an efficient online restaurant management system to streamline our operations and enhance our service delivery. The system should be fully web-based allowing access from anywhere. It should at least provide the following features in a user-friendly manner:
1. Create user with role admin / manager / restaurant worker
2. Multi restaurant location
3. Inventory management , stock in / stock out
4. Use Mobile camera to Scan QR code of Inventory Items
for stock in / stock out etc.
5. Create PO from User Submitted Low Stock and tracking Order from PO
6. Pending PO Until manager approve
7. Supplier Management
8. Cost analysis
9. Create report ( stock / sale / purchase )
10. send notify to LINE APP ( low stock , stock in / stock out)
11. Dashboard
- Table reservation: We seek a highly interactive and easy-to-use tool for the staff to seamlessly manage table reservations. It should ideally allow view and modification of reservations and calculate waiting times.
- Inventory management: The system should have functionality to easily track and manage inventory; tracking usage, predicting shortages, and automating procurement orders will be vital for smooth operations.
We envision this system to be used primarily by the restaurant staff. Therefore, it must be intuitive and easy to navigate, needing minimal technical skills.
Ideal skills/expertise:
- Proven experience in web-app system development
- Understanding of restaurant operations
- Experience with inventory management systems
- UX design for system simplicity and ease of use.
