Web App Development and Maintenance Engineer Needed
Budget: $5 – $30 USD
We are seeking a skilled individual to assist with the following tasks related to our web application:
Responsibilities:
- Review existing codebase
- Identify security and performance improvements
- Make necessary code modifications, and conduct testing
- Handle specific development tasks and resolve existing issues
- Develop Chrome extensions to extend certain functionalities of our product
Potential Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide post-service release maintenance, including troubleshooting, maintenance support, error monitoring, and log management.
About the Application:
- PHP, MySQL (MariaDB), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including Canvas and AJAX) are the core technologies.
- The application is a web-based platform for reviewing web pages and managing projects.
- It includes a subscription-based premium plan (utilizing Stripe).
- Currently hosted on a hosting server with Cpanel support.
- No frameworks or libraries like Laravel or Node.js are used.
- User authentication is done via Google accounts or email address and password.
- The application is currently available only in Japanese, but there is a possibility for future multilingual support.
About the payment:
- The workload is estimated on an hourly basis.
- Daily reports of tasks and time spent should be recorded in a Google Sheet.
- Payments will be made weekly, with approved tasks from the previous week being paid on the following Monday.
