Want to make new extension for Chrome Browsers

Hi,

Extension will work like this.
1. Users will install the extension
2. and admin will authorise for extension users to follow expired users for limited numbers.
3. if users have reached the limit then he has to ask for permission again for limited users.
4. First time users can use it for free for limited numbers of users.
