Want to build a admin portal for Students to watch class/unit videos and material

Hello

I want to build one portal where students login accounts can be created from admin panel and students can login through that and watch assigned course/class/unit videos.

-Admin login to manage portal
- Student login
- There will be no front website only student portal will be there
- There will be no payment gateway
- admin will create multiple courses and in each multiple videos/sessions will be there along with the study material (pdf, doc, image) and students can watch that videos and materials can not download it.
- admin can create/edit/delete/block students account
- admin will mannually assign courses to the students account those courses only they can see.
- admin can send the notice/notifications to all or individual students
