Want a Bidding Feature in my Website.

On the profile page, I want to add meet-up feature.
Meet Up features:
Book a meet-up - Flow
1. All creators will have an option on their profile page which says “Book a Meet Up”
2. Creator can handle who can go for meet up option, "Only subscribed" and "Followers" or "For Everyone".
3. Creators will be able to set the pricing for the in-person meet which will reflect for users before making the booking.
pricing System:
(creator can handle setting the pricing like a bidding system. {ebay or any other one} Set the minimum price or direct booking price. )
Creators will be able to set dates and timings of their availability for the meeting even the location or city.
Timing Slots Like:
1. Meet up for Coffee {1 Hour}
2. Meet up for Lunch {2 Hours}
3. Meet up for Movie {3-4 Hour}
4. Meet up for Day Time {6 Hour}
5. Meet up For Dinner Night {8 Hour}
6. Meet up for Travel (For 1 day)
The creator can open all the options and the user can select any one. All the timing slots have different-2 minimum prices or direct prices.
Users will be able to view and book from the available timings only
The user Must submit a valid Govt id Proof.
All direct bookings are prepaid and non-cancelable.
If the creator will not be able to attend the meet up then he/she will be able to reschedule the meet to a different date time which will be notified to the user.
Note: All bookings are prepaid and users/creators will not be able to cancel. Creator will only have the option to set availability and reschedule a meeting.
