Walkie-Talkie SERVER Side Development for Clients to Connect to

I'm looking for a highly skilled developer to set up an SFU WebRTC server for a feature-rich walkie-talkie app. The application must offer impeccable voice chat functionality with a push-to-talk button and channel selection.
I am already developing a website, Android App, IOS App, and Raspberry Pi Software that this will integrate into. I am looking for someone to help set up a server like maybe Mediasoup and help me for the client side planning.
I will be needing to stream audio only, 2 way using the OPUS Codec. It will need to allow people to connect to rooms and be able to stream audio. I really would like the user to be able to connect to 2-3 rooms at a time to stream audio form multiple rooms at the same time.
Its expected use on a grand scale sets a requirement for it to efficiently accommodate thousands of users simultaneously across different rooms. This implies that your experience with handling scalability is crucial.
