Waiting List tool

hi

i need a small site where people can "express" their wish to buy a product as soon as it becomes available. mails will be sent out to the people on the list as the product is available. people will have to enter "name", "DOB" and "email"

there will be several products, which people will have to choose from. they can also choose all products but will have to be deleted from all other list as soon as the first mail is sent out to them.

as a product becomes available, the admin will have to enter the number of available products, this will be the number of mails to send out the the people waiting. In the order as they signed up.

please include:
- double opt-in for mailing list
- a waiting list bypass with a voucher code (still with double opt in). codes will be provided [8 digit code]
- a waiting list bypass with a voucher code (without double opt in). codes will be provided [8 digit code]
- the bypass codes will have to work in the order they are entered.
- a report of all mails sent out (per mailing)
- cancelation link in the confirmation mail
- auto delete the data of the people the mail has been sent to, after x days
- email adress check, each email can be max 2 times on each product list, exept for the bypass codes without double opt in.

future devlopment will cointain an upgrade to an SaaS version of this... long term cooperation prefered
