WPbakery - wordpress - PHP

Hello, I am looking for an experienced WPbakery and WordPress developer to help with a project I have recently undertaken. The thing is, There are a lot of updates and the last time i ran the plug in updates the website crashes. But i dont update i cannot use WPbakery. Can someone update the PHP, update wordpress and fix WPbakery for use without crashing the site? If you have extensive experience in WPbakery, WordPress, and PHP development then I would love to talk with you about this project further. Thanks!
