WIX: Ordering API + Wix/Vromo API connection + Google Analytics (US only)

My name is Daniel, founder of Boreal (usboreal.com). Boreal is a web platform that allows Americans to sign ballot initiatives as simple as three steps:
1) see a full summary of the initiative and click on the "request to sign" button.
2) provide an address and a petition circulator will come over to it at your convenience to collect your signature.
3) choose a non-profit org. and the platform will make a $2 donation to it.
Essentially, the model is based on the typical food-delivery app. Instead of food, a circulator will bring a ballot initiative to sign and collect your signature.
I'm looking for some US residents to complete these tasks through Wix. The status of each is as follows:
- Ordering API --> Ordering forms are already completed and customized according to the business requirements. I'd need to implement the right API to monitorize the queries from users. Also, I would like to have access to that API in case I need to modify fields.
- Wix/Vromo API connection --> Connect the previous API with Vromo, an automated third platform for the delivery system. Success implementation.
- Google Analytics --> Integrate this platform to Wix and create events such as sign-ups, orders, confirmation of orders, mailing, average time in-web, comments, etc.
My requirement of being based in the US is a must because I'm moving there so I need agile and flexible communication.
