WHMCS problem

Job ID: 36588954

I'm looking for someone who can help me manage Tcloud.website, which is a website created with hosting and domain management system called WHMCS. At the moment the site works, but you have a problem with the automatic cancellation of unpaid hostings within two days.

I would like it to be deleted every 90 days,
but yes I want to suspend the accounts without problems!
after 5 days if the customer has not paid!

The problem seems to be that WHMCS automatically cancels hostings from customers who don't pay within two days. You probably want hostings to remain active even after the two days are up, and that there is an alert or notification so you can contact customers and ask them to pay.

To fix this, you should try to configure your payment and billing settings within WHMCS. In particular, you should make sure that the automatic cancellation function is turned off, so that you can manually manage the accounts of non-paying users. Additionally, you should set up notifications or alerts to let customers know that their account has expired and that they need to renew it.

If you don't have the technical skills to make these changes yourself, you may want to seek out a WHMCS technician or expert who can help you manage your site. In any case, it is important to resolve the issue as soon as possible to avoid loss of customers and data.
