WHMCS payment gateway to KORTA and PAYDAY + invoicing

1. WHCMS payment gateway with KORTA for credit and debit cards.

Needed is a WHMCS payment gateway that used Korta's payment api to accept recurring payments on subscriptions created in WHMCS.
The standard "activate account" on payment and "deactivate account" if overdue should be present in the gateway settings.
2. WHMCS payment gateway with Payday

Needed is a WHMCS payment gateway that uses Paydays api to create invoices with a "claim" that registers in the customers internet bank. This "claim" part is in Payday and they send the claim to the internet bank.
So only thing that is needed is for the client to be able to choose to be sent a claim to their bank and when the claim has been paid (can be monitored in the api) the account is activated. Same goes with this payment gateway that it's needed to be able to set how many bills overdue when the account is deactivated.
3. Payday is a book keeping and invoicing software.
Needed is a solution where all invoicing goes through Payday. The default WHMCS invoice would need to have the same serialnumber as the one created in Payday.
All payments that would go through the payment gateway descriped in point nr 2. above would automatically create the invoice but I would want the Korta payment gateway (point nr 1) to also create invoices (but would register them as paid when the credit card payment goes through)
