WHMCS Module for FusionPBX Billing Integration

I am seeking a professional with expertise in WHMCS and FusionPBX to develop a custom WHMCS module. This module should provide comprehensive integration with FusionPBX for billing purposes. The essential functionalities include:
- Automated Invoicing: The module should generate and send invoices automatically based on usage and predefined billing cycles.
- Account Creation: It should facilitate the creation of FusionPBX accounts directly from WHMCS.
- Payment Tracking: The module needs to monitor payment status and update account status accordingly.
- Tariff Billing Management: The system should manage different tariffs and apply them to respective accounts.
