I am in search of a skilled developer to create a specific module for WHMCS, integrated with WhatsApp notifications. The goal is to develop a solution that allows integration with WhatsApp Business without the need to use the official API. The idea is to be able to scan a QR Code with a phone to activate the service on the server. I need an alternative method to using the official WhatsApp API, which often requires validation and transformation of the number into an official business number.

The desired functionalities include:

- Phone number validation during customer area registration.
- Notification system for various events, such as:
- Invoice issuance;
- Payment reminders;
- Account creation confirmation;
- Notifications of service suspension and activation;
- Information about service termination;
- Among other relevant functionalities.

I am open to suggestions on how to develop this module, whether for Linux or Windows operating systems. I have attached some reference images to help visualize what I am looking for.
