WHMCS Installation and WordPress Builder Integration

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to install WHMCS, integrate it with my hosting, and transform it into a WordPress Website builder.

Key Requirements:
- Install and configure WHMCS
- Integrate WHMCS with hosting
- Customize/develop templates for the WordPress Website builder (I'm thinking of using themes from Template Monster but will like feedback)
- Incorporate a drag-and-drop builder
- Offer about 20 pre-designed templates
- Provide a range of customizable themes

Your Experience:
- Strong expertise in WHMCS installation and configuration
- Proven track record in WordPress development
- Demonstrated experience in developing drag-and-drop builders
- Capability to create and modify WordPress templates
- Proficiency in UI/UX design to provide a range of themes and templates
- Ability to work with pre-designed templates and make them customizable
