Scope of Work
WHMCS Installation & Core Setup
Optimise cron, security settings, email templates, language packs.
Configure products / addons that map 1‑to‑1 to our software licences.
Licence‑Server Integration
Activate and fine‑tune the WHMCS Licensing Addon (or a custom module if you prefer).
Expose the verification endpoint (callback / check‑in) and embed the licence check in our app (curl / Guzzle, whichever is cleaner).
Implement graceful fail‑over logic (e.g. cached token, retry, lockout light).
Payment Gateway Configuration
Hook up Stripe + PayPal (SCA‑ready) in the WHMCS client portal.
End‑to‑end test: order → invoice → payment → licence auto‑provisioning.
Optional: EU VAT handling & webhooks for refunds/cancellations.
Single‑Sign‑On (nice‑to‑have)
If time allows: implement OAuth2 / JWT SSO between our main site and the WHMCS client area so users don’t juggle two logins.
