WHMCS - HOOK or ADDON

Hello, I need a HOOK or ADDON for whmcs, which performs the following tasks
- Associate a discount coupon (existing from whmcs) with an AFFILIATE, that is, whenever the coupon is used, the person who used the coupon will automatically be assigned to an affiliate that I specify.
- In the WHMCS admin, provide a window where I can assign the Affiliate to the coupon.
- In the admin list the coupons and affiliates assigned.
- You should not change the standard WHMCS tables, you should create new tables for this.
Payment will only be made upon 100% delivery of the project.
