Admin Module Addon Upgrade to Existing Billing Module
Auto-generate Invoices
Should be generated the same as our existing Autobill for VoIP Packages. Check rates, check Free Minutes, check seconds increments for calculation of billed minutes used within the billing period.
Line Details - invoice:
1) First line should be Package Name - then custom field (Sub_Acct) if no Sub_Acct field then blank – then Per Minute Usage – then FaxDID – then read billing period date and use 00/00/0000 – 00/00/0000 (day/month/year) - $0 amount
2) Second Line should contain Outbound Fax Transmission – Total Fax: (#of Faxes) | Duration: (Minutes) @ (Rate defined in Package Rates)per min then calculate total rounding up.
3) Third Line should contain Inbound Fax Transmission – Total Fax: (#of Faxes) | Duration: (Minutes) @ (Rate defined in Package Rates)per min then calculate total rounding up.
4) Calculate Totals generate invoice then pay by available Credit.
Addon will be run from cron
Client Area - Existing Client Panel Changes
The Client Area table view upgrade header to reflect Package, include Total Minutes used in the billing period, total Faxes, Total Current Amount as shown in example image below. rates based on Billing product which comes from server module.
Modify Exiting Admin Module Addon label changes.
