WHMCS CSV Invoice Importer

We use WHMCS for our support helpdesk and raise our invoices on another platform.
We want to import our invoices from the other system into WHMCS so our customers can download them when they like. The invoices are in csv format.
We are unaware of a way to do this and presume we need a customer module.
