WHMCS Bank Transfer Module Development

I'm looking to create a custom WHMCS bank transfer module payment gateway. Key features should include:
- Ability to select currency and update bank information
- Option to add multiple or single account per currency
- User interface where customers can select the account they want and view the payment
- Option for the user to upload payment transfer proof after making the payment
This module needs to support all currencies. While it doesn't need to provide automatic exchange rate updates (as WHMCS already has this feature), it must depend on the currency that is activated.
The system should restrict the payment transfer proof uploads to images and PDFs only.
