We SENATOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CO, use BITRIX 24 as our main platform. WhatsApp has been integrated into Bitrix 24, but we need some customization in it.

1.) HOW CAN I INITIATE THE WHTSP CHAT IN BITRIX?
