Please read carefully for what I need and for what you are bidding on.
What you are bidding on at least for now, is to provide me with information only. Via email I will be able to ask you questions as they come to my mind and you will in turn answer them for me. This might be over a period of 6 months or so. It might only be once in a while that I ask you a question.
In the future I plan to have a website that is an online library for a single subject. It will be similar to an existing website called https://www.scribd.com/home but it will need to have a better search engine and many other different things that I will ask "need to know" questions about.
If you are an EXPERT on what it takes to build an extensive website and how to make it commercially successful including marketing the website after it is completed then you just might be the person I am looking for.
So ... here is what I would like to offer for you to bid on:
I need a single flat rate price for me to be able to ask you related questions as I need to through email.
In the future we can talk about starting the website sometime after everything is in order.
