WEBFORM SUBMITTING BUT NOT GETTING MAILS

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to help me with a project that involves a webform submission not receiving emails. Specifically, I am working with a local server, and am using a SMTP server, and have already tested the webform, webform is submitted successfully but i am not recieving enq. on mail.
