WCFM - WooCommerce Multivendor Marketplace Categories amendment

I am creating a WooCommerce Multivendor Marketplace website using the plugin 'WCFM - WooCommerce Multivendor Marketplace'.
Currently when posting an ad, all the category options are in one drop down option.
I need my categories divided up with different dropdown options for the parent categories and then additional sub categories..
Sub category options only appear when the parent category is associated with them.
The website is wordpress.
