WAMP server setup with multiple SSL websites over a Zoom call

Hi, I'm looking for help in setting up a WAMP development environment. I'm an experienced developer in the Microsoft stack (C#, .NET, SQL Server) starting to work in php, Wordpress, Apache, etc. I'd like help over a zoom call to set up WAMP on Windows. Currently, I'm having trouble getting multiple websites to run https. If this is productive, we can continue weekly calls as you introduce me to the tips and tricks working with WAMP, Apache, php, Wordpress, etc. I'm currently looking for one on one tutorials over Zoom where I share my screen, though in the future it could lead to outsourced work. I'm on west coast time in the US, and will be flexible with our meeting time, and sorry but English is my only language. I'm looking to start as soon as possible. Thanks!
