Vue 3 project, with typescript (eslint, prettier, stylelint), vuex, router, apolle (core), oauth

Hi there, as i want to try vue 3 and get somehow boosted I will ask an expert to set me up a basic project with vue 3 that uses typescript (setup with eslint, prettier, stylelint) and uses apollo with oauth and router (to route to a simple login with username pwd if it is not logged in (login can also be done by a graphql query)
oauth endpoint and claim need to be defined, client-flow.
