The requirement is about an application acquired from codecanyon, which was designed to function as a cloud similar to google drive, some modifications are required so that it can function as a document management application, in which the entire application is of a company, and there are different users who feed the application with documents that are generated day by day in the company.
* Currently each of the users has an independent space and cannot see the documents of the rest of the users. * Documents must belong to a category or subcategory. * The categories and subcategories must have an option to create indexed fields so that each time a document is uploaded, the data can be entered into the indexing fields.
* The search engine must search in the categories, subcategories and indexing fields.
* The documents uploaded to the application are of the PDF type and some have electronic signatures and when they are uploaded to the app the electronic signature is deleted.
then, the following requirements are needed.
1. That all documents are visible to all users that are created by the administrator.
Users can upload the documents, they can delete with softDelete, and only the administrator deletes them completely.
The documents that are uploaded to the application must not change the size to maintain the electronic signature.
1. Document types are categories, it must work as a CRUD
You need to add subcategories to upload the documents
It is not mandatory that a document belongs to a subcategory, but it is mandatory that it belongs to a category.
Document types are intended to dynamically create indexing fields so that documents uploaded to that category can be indexed
Fields must be created by field type (eg, string, date, integer)
2. In the search engine, the documents must be searched in the indexed fields, folders, files that are within the application.
3. That users who are in the system can see all the documentation that is uploaded
