Vtiger Developer Needed for long term work

We need a vtiger developer with minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Vtiger to Handle development tasks. The developer should have experience on the following
1.API integration
2.Familiar with vtiger 6 and 7 customisation
3.Customer portal ,vtiger /angular
4.Excellent debugging skills
And the developer should also be be Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, Smarty, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML and MySQL, Hands on experience on PHP based framework/CMS/MVC Framework. Vtiger
