Vtiger Customer Portal Password Error

I am looking for someone to assist with Vtiger customer portal password. Currently, the email that is sent to customers/clients do not show the URL link, login name, or password. Rather, the email shows "$URL$", $login_name$, and $password$.

This is what I need corrected.
