I am seeking a skilled freelancer to develop an audio-based e-examination framework for visually impaired students using deep learning approaches. The project's desired outcome is to implement a full-scale system that can effectively conduct e-examinations for visually impaired students.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in deep learning
- Proficiency in developing audio processing algorithms and models
- Familiarity with speech audio processing and analysis
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines for visually impaired individuals

The project requires the use of speech audio files for the e-examination framework. These files will be used for various purposes such as reading out the exam questions, providing instructions, and providing feedback to the students. The freelancer should develop a web app where visually impaired students can give exams for free. The admin should be able to log in and post/edit/delete multiple choice questions and the student should be able to speak out instructions like "repeat the question", "skip the question", "next question" and "repeat the options". While speaking out to the system, the student should start with something like "Hey Siri" and then the instruction. The student should answer in "A", "B", "C" and "D". For eg. While answering the complete thing that the student is expected to say is "VoxExam, my answer is option A and B and D. Over."
