I have a previous Volusion site, ReunionPN.com, accessible via the Wayback Machine, and need a new site framework built that allows me to add and edit text. I also require the extraction of pictures from the Wayback Machine. The only existing content I have is a rough Home Page in Word format.

I'm considering hosting this new site on GoDaddy, but I'm unsure if WordPress is a prerequisite for that. Your advice in determining the most suitable platform for this project would be greatly appreciated.
