We're looking for a company to create an AI-powered voice Agent that integrates with our FreePBX system and VtigerCRM.
Must Needed:
Human Like AI Voice Agent (24/7 call handling: bookings, complaints, etc.), Speech-to-Text + Human-like TTS in English/Arabic
FreePBX & CRM Integration (Vtiger/Odoo), SMS & WhatsApp Automation
Deployment Options:
Phase 1: Demo with cloud API-based solutions (e.g., VAPI, Bland, ElevenLabs)
Phase 2: Later move to self-hosted AI (e.g., DeepSeek) on our Ubuntu server
Deliverables:
--Quotation for both cloud and self-hosted deployment options
--Basic demo setup ready by tomorrow
--Real-time Testing Requirement: We need to test an existing AI Agent setup for a restaurant, preferably with:
--AI Call Handling (DID number for order-taking, follow-up, locations, and helpdesk)
--Call Flow: Incoming → Queue → Human/AI Agents
--Social Media AI Monitoring (FB, Instagram, Google Reviews, YouTube, Snapchat)
Questions:
--Do you have any existing restaurant clients using this solution in KSA or UAE?
--How can we test live calls and workflows?
--What’s the cost per minute, or do you offer a flat-rate/more scalable plan?
