I am seeking an experienced developer to build an AI voice agent for customer support calls.
Key Requirements:
- The AI should learn and adapt using provided information, similar to ChatGPT, to engage clients.
- It will require direct database access to a user directory.
- Capable of making multiple simultaneous calls.
- Call audio should be accessible for monitoring.
- Integration with data-scraping software (details TBD).
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in AI and machine learning.
- Proficiency in voice recognition and synthesis.
- Experience with database integration and API development.
- Familiarity with data scraping tools.
Looking for a functional prototype within a month. Payment upon completion.
Project will commence in a month also.
